SCOPE OF WORK
- Work completed
- This large scale project included extensive repairs and was completed in just 4 months
- Repair terra-cotta coping stones with new repair mortar
- Relpacment of select terra-cotta stones
- Coating of all terracotta coping stones
- Remove brick pavers at patio and install new concrete
- Complete dutchman repairs at the marble panels
- Apply clear masonry sealer at all brick and limestone locations
- Raise thru-wall flashing at roof lines to accommodate the new roof system
- Rebuild various sections of displaced parapet walls
- Rebuild knee walls at patio area.
- Patch all limestone with new repair mortar to match existing
- Install new full depth expansion joints in brick facade
- Repoint defective mortar joints
