SCOPE OF WORK
- Rockcliffe Apartments
- School Built in 1940, home to 103 luxurious units which overlook the beautiful skyline of New York City.
- Our Project Completed in 2022
- New brick parapet wall rebuild which included new coping stones and roof tie-in
- Steel lintel replacements
- Installation of thru-wall flashing
- 100% of building was repointed
- Entire building cleaned with light duty restoration cleaner and high-pressure water
- Windows and expansion joints were sealed using silicone and polyurethane sealants
